Jul 28,2023We have recently used the team at H&H Daventry and they have been wonderful, we sold our property as we was relocating out of the area. They have been nothing but supportive, the communication has been quick and consistent. In addition the customer service journey made an excellent one. We chose H&H after having some other local agents out however non of the other agents showed passion about the house we was selling like the team at H&H. So happy we went with the team - Huge Thank You!

Nothing was ever too much trouble and we truly felt like they were rooting for us. Jul 21,2023I can only comment about the Ashby de la Zouch branch as they're the ones that we've had dealings with. I know people will say "well it's their job" but they really do go above and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble. Whilst in the process of buying a property they have helped us no end. Numerous and I mean numerous times we have asked to revisit the property to measure up, check on things we missed, take family members round and each time they were so helpful and accommodating. From the people at the office to those who showed us around the property. On our first visit (Andrew) pointed out things he thought we might want to address, such as polystyrene tiles on the ceiling and other bits but instead of ushering us around the house in a rush he allowed us to take in the property in our own time. The others are just the same. The other young guy who has shown us around a few times too as I can't remember his name (Matt I think it is), sorry. I have no doubt missed lots of other points in which they have helped us to buy this home so from a sellers point of view it must be really satisfying knowing how professional they are in everything they do. Thank you again for everything

Out of all the people we spoke to we found Lisa Swinnerton the most helpful and knowledgeable and she seemed genuinely passionate about her job and Howkins. If our plans do come to fruition Lisa will definitely be the one we go with.
