Lisa was incredibly efficient, helpful and enthusiastic from start to finish, by far the best tenancy process I have ever experienced. I would give 10 stars if able - best in the business!

Apr 18,2023It was the manner in which the whole process was contacted right from the beginning, Karen and her team were relentless and they showed professional determination in making sure that there were no unnecessary delays, within a week of application processing the property was ready for us to move into it, she also went out of her way to help us with some start up furnitures she sourced from another tenant who was moving back to her country and for that we will forever be grateful to Karen.

I cannot fault her fantastic enthusiasm & knowledge on the property I have viewed & followed onto purchase. Having actual knowledge and passion for the job is so important, I have had many viewings from all different estate agents and Linda provided by far the best experience. Actually caring and taking time to know the property you are selling goes a long way, I could really tell she was passionate and had took time to give me the best information possible. Apr 08,2023I saw a house to rent with howkins and harrison Atherstone unfortunately we didn't get the property which was very upsetting for our family but lisa Swinnerton has been amazing trying to help us find another one people now a days no longer care about people or want to help but lisa goes out of her way a very kind, genuine, caring person. She is very easy to talk to so what ever your situation is tell them the truth because if lisa can help she will i highly recommend them. Fantastic service, caring and kind and lisa does not judge your circumstances it is hard to find a great company so if you want good service then go to howkins and harrison Atherstone and ask for Lisa Swinnerton you will not be disappointed with the help and support you receive.
