Her support was gratefully received and my security deposit was returned within 48 hours of leaving. A stressful situation made easier - thank you.

The move was a lengthy affair and they were available at all the times keeping us informed of all aspects of the sale process both good and bad. The whole team were very positive and helpful. Jackie,Andrew and Matthew were all involved with this fairly difficult sale and they all operated superbly . Mar 10,2023The staff at Lutterworth Branch in particular Ali & Beth, they were diligent, friendly and helpful all the way through the sale. Where necessary they were proactive with others involved to ensure things kept moving. Phone calls were taken and calls returned as promised and they took time to understand factors unfamiliar to them in that I was buying in Scotland where procedures are different.

We received a realistic valuation, and the photography was excellent, which looked great online. We obtained numerous viewings and offers due to this great marketing by Howkins & Harrison. Albeit the first sale fell through, we received continued excellent assistance from all the team and we really felt that they cared about selling your property for you. Hence, we felt that a first-class service was provided from beginning to the final conclusion. Feb 24,2023Possibly the worst estate agents I've ever dealt with. Nobody in the office for lettings. Left several messages/emails No response. When I finally got to talk to someone they told me I can't view the property because it's fully booked now. Absolutely useless.
