From the initial valuation by manager Karen Bishop, to the following negotiations through the excellent Amy Trott it was all easy. Amy was attentive and helpful, and communicative. I always knew what stage we were at and if I needed to do anything. A great team at the Towcester branch - thank you all, and especially to Amy and Karen.

Mar 30,2023I have been a tenant in a property managed by Howkins and Harrison for the past two years. Any work that has needed completing has been done proactively. The inspections are notified well in advance and any routine maintenance is also planned in. It was great to move into a fab, clean and ideal property with new carpets. It has been my first rental that feels like 'home'. As a tenant it is important to have an easy and efficient point of contact and clear communication. It has been a smooth, trouble free and helpful service from my local branch in Daventry.

Mar 28,2023Very strange behaviour from this company. We viewed a house near Atherstone on Saturday and put an offer in (at asking price) to be told they would come back to us on Monday. Straight after I received an email from the estate agent asking me to leave them a 5 star review on here and that they would get a personal bonus if I did so. I'm certainly not against helping people out where I can but the person really just followed us round the property and didn't actually know much about it. I'm also fairly sure asking specifically for a 5 star review is against policy on nearly all review sites. We heard nothing back on Monday and when I called to chase on Tuesday they told me the property had already been sold on Saturday (the day we viewed) and we should have been told... presumably by them?! When I asked them to put in a higher offer they said they were fairly sure the vendor wouldn't accept now (they had a cash buyer but I assume most sellers would still want to be made aware of other offers) and were more interested in knowing if I was planning on selling my own property. A really disappointing experience all round.

They did not disappoint and have kept up the superb standards of years ago. The whole team worked very hard through ups and downs to get the job done. Nikki very kindly arranged to meet us there to retrieve them, he made a special journey which is very much appreciated as we are about 45 mins from the branch.

Apr 04,2023Northampton Branch. Javed who working there is not competent person, dont know his job. Refused my viewing form just because of his thoughts. Tried to tell me about HMO licence need for 2 person on house. HMO licence need just for 5 or more people.. Avoid him
