Jan 24,2023Can't praise enough Howkins & Harrison Lutterworth team, especially Deborah, Ali and Beth. We have been through a rough patch as our initial sale fell through, but the whole team didn't give up and we made sale in the end. Deborah was a star chasing all the chain, kept our sellers in the loop as well; so they waited for a second time around on our sale. It was a delight working with them. Beth helped us with initial set-up and been there throughout , and Ali was so flexible arranging all viewings. Whole team kept us up to date with all progress. We would certainly recommend them, and we are so glad we chose to work with them on our sale.

Jan 05,2023A good efficient sales process. The post offer service was excellent. At least once a week I was informed of the progress of my buyer and their buyer. There was regular chasing of all professionals including lawyers, estate agents and mortgage brokers. Deborah Gray of Howkins was a star. The process would have taken far longer without her chasing.

Always phoned back as soon as she was available, to me that is a very plus point. When I sell my property in the future I will definitely be using Holly to assist in the sale for me.
