If Ali, Deborah or Helen are representative of the whole team at Lutterworth then they are without doubt the best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. From start to finish they were helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble even if it meant working on days they should have been off to support a colleague to ensure I got the best possible service. 🎶 Always calling when they say they will is why I love them still’ is such a good line for this team. I can’t thank nor recommend them enough 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Sep 27,2022RUGBY BRANCH Excellent service from everyone at Howkins & Harrison Rugby branch with my recent sale but a special mention to Julian who was absolutely brilliant. The sale dragged on for 6 months with various complications but Julian constantly kept me updated, was always there with advice when I needed it and went above and beyond when he physically went to the Council offices himself to obtain last minute information that my Solicitor was struggling obtaining! Sep 20,2022Howkins and Harrison have dealt with the letting and management of my property for over 10 years. Recently the long-term tenants vacated, and the property needed reletting. The whole team at H&H were helpful and professional in ensuring the rent was set appropriately and new tenants secured promptly. All paperwork and legislation was shared and the new tenants have moved in only a few days after the works at the house were completed. Great service all round.

Beth was fantastic at arranging viewings and following up these contacts with feedback provided immediately to both owners of the property. It was wonderful being part of the selling process and knowing in depth how well our sale was going. All colleagues, who managed the sale, were patient (which was needed with some issues that arose at the bottom of our chain) as well as professional, friendly and personable. Deborah was absolutely incredible at chasing our chain and going above and beyond her job. We were so happy with how frequently we were updated and she ensured we did everything to have a swift exchange and completion to our property. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service from H&H and would recommend my family and friends to put their faith and trust into this wonderful company.

Sep 13,2022Howkins and Harrison Lutterworth We bought and purchased through Howkins and Harrison Lutterworth and can honestly say that from start to finish they have been great 👍 All through the purchase and sale of both properties we have received almost daily updates (certainly towards the end) from the team keeping us informed which has made the sale and purchase less stressful than it certainly could have been. Deborah especially has gone above and beyond to ensure everything was exchanged and completed smoothly and to be honest without her I think I would have pulled my hair out, she really is wonderful and becomes more like a friend than an estate agent! Alison and Beth also deserve a mention as they have been fantastic to deal with, Beth on the Sale side and Alison on the purchase side, they really are a great team and I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Sold the house in a couple of days and kept on top of the sale and pushed it though to make the whole experience for me smooth, easy and stress free. Top Service and would recommend to everyone. Can’t think how it could have been any better.

Sep 10,2022We purchased through Howkins and Harrison Lutterworth. From the moment we arranged a viewing they were great. They kept us up to date through the whole process with weekly emails about how the move was progressing. Deborah especially was amazing and went over and above to get our house move through. We had some issues with our buyers / their solicitors and we knew the people we were buying from wanted to get their house through so we’re fearful of it falling through. She gave us multiple options and ideas on how to make sure the house got to completion which you do not always get as it is not the easy option - and she listened to us ranting about the process which she didn’t need to do. Everyone involved in the team have been so fantastic taking everything in their stride and dealt with all of the complexities we had along the way. Alison and Beth have also been lovely to speak to at the viewings and on the phone going over and above to make the process as smooth as possible for us. I would highly recommend this estate agents (which I never thought I would say about an estate agents but they really have shown us there are some fantastic ones out there).

Highly recommend this branch if you are selling or buying; never at any point did we regret the decision to sell with Lutterworth H&H, very professional from beginning to completion.
