Shortly before we moved out this year we have had most of our requests, issues and concerns dealt with through Lisa Swinnerton who is a credit to the company. She has dealt with things swiftly and has been excellent with communication, ensuring that our end of tenancy was dealt with properly. She made the moving out process extremely pain free and I couldn't be more grateful to her for her hard work.

We found Beth to be a refreshing change from the other agents; friendly, relaxed and like dealing with a friend. Ali called for feed back and I got the same vibes - professional and friendly. We worked together, agreeing prices etc. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. On the first week after completion they had found a new tenant, paying an increased rent. Excellent work. In particular Deborah went above & beyond the call of duty and was always prompt to respond even on her time off.
