Called to arrange a valuation at the Ashby branch they requested details to call but never did, then blamed me for not calling them. Poor all round, so I wasn’t optimistic about their sales performance following that and went elsewhere.

Howkins & Harrison provide an excellent service. We let our properties with them and Felicity Smith who works there has gone above and beyond in helping us source materials, services and completing inventory’s for us. Nothing is too much trouble. We highly recommended their services to everyone.

Howkins and Harrison Lutterworth recently handled the sale of my house in Gilmorton, which had been tenanted for 10 years. I cannot praise the team enough for the care and professionalism shown throughout the whole process. The actual sale itself took just a few days, but involved a lot of effort from Ali, Deborah and Beth with many viewings resulting in multiple offers. Once the sale had been agreed the work did not stop. I was kept informed on a regular basis as to the progress of the sale, my house was regularly checked as it was empty, both my solicitor and the buyers solicitor were contacted as and when appropriate, the buyer was chased if necessary. Right down to the day of completion the team took as much care as if it was the sale of their own property. I would 100% recommend the Lutterworth team, they are a credit to the company.

Outstanding, professional and efficient service received from Javed from the point of viewing the property to picking up the keys. Our house was a bit niche, it wasn't the standard three-bedroom semi and we lost two buyers before one "stuck". In all, it took almost a year. H & H stuck with us all the way through the process. They remained cheerful and we eventually got "completion". We warmly recommend this company.

We were looking to rent an apartment for quite a while since our landlord was selling the property. Tried lots of different agencies, some of them were awful at discussing things, and some would say we do not have enough documents, etc, etc. Then we stumbled upon this apartment that was let by Howkins & Harrison, decided to try and apply. I did tell them everything other agencies told us and they advised us to still apply. We did, and after a few days we paid the holding deposit and then after a few more days we got accepted and yesterday moved in into our new CLEAN apartment. So far I had the best experience with these guys, really saved us :) Shout out to Javed and Evie.

I would like to thank Amy at Howkins & Harrison in Towcester. Although we didn't sell our property through them, the one we were buying was sold to us by Howkins & Harrison. Amy always kept in touch and gave us up to date information as soon as she had it. She was efficient and helpful even when the news wasn't what we were expecting. All came good in the end and we are settling into our new home. I would recommend them if you are considering selling your property.
