Feb 11,2025I had occasion to contact Hughes by email quite a few times. Whether it was to change the initial delivery date of the dishwasher; to request a refund of a service not fulfilled by the delivery people; or to arrange collection of the apparently faulty first dishwasher and then have a second one delivered; at all times my emails were dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. I am happy to say that the second dishwasher does appear to work well now it is installed.Thank you to all.

Feb 11,2025A week later and I still don't have my fridge. Delivery was outsourced to a company whose employees (two unnecessarily aggressive men) were rude to me, swore at me on the phone and hung up on me. Had to call Hughes back multiple times to try and rearrange delivery. They then booked it in without asking me for a day when I couldn't receive it and told me I'd have to call the delivery company to rearrange it. Tried to make a formal complaint, still nothing from them on this even though I've been waiting a week. Truly shocking customer service, one of the worst delivery experiences I've ever had to be totally honest.

Delivery men were cheerful, helpful and carried out the instillation quickly and professionally. All the rubbish and old machine were taken away.
