Searching for a new CD player I found the one I liked and searching on Google for it I discovered that Hughes had it at a competitive price. Once on their website was chuffed to find Hughes gave a discount code which made it even cheaper! Winner, will be looking at Hughes again!

After 4 rescheduled deliveries Hughes could make a delivery of our American Fridge Freezer so we cancelled the Order and went with Marks Electrical who managed on 1 st visit and at a cheaper price. Hughes reply doesn’t explain why they still could not deliver when we left the old FF by the front door and arrived for a local removal company to take the new FF down the steps to our kitchen. At no point did Hughes say they couldn’t deliver into the property. Marks Electrical delivered as scheduled our new FF today, 2 man crew and set it up in the kitchen without any concerns. Sadly Hughes blanket apology hasn’t explained why there was urgency in re- delivery as way of compensation for our inconvenience so forgive if we feel Hughes apology was insincere at best.

I placed my order online as there are no Hughes stores near to where I live but, there is a warehouse located locally. I was kept informed via email as to the progress of my order. In less than eighteen hours I had ordered, collected and fitted my dishwasher. The staff at the warehouse were very polite and helpful.

Being in the market for a new microwave oven, I considered my needs and researched the market to see what was available. I settled on a Haden model, in stock at Hughes Electrical. I placed an order on Tuesday afternoon and received a very prompt email reply acknowledging my order and advising delivery on Thursday. Very speedy service and an excellent choice of machine. Thank you very much.
