Feb 13,2025I normally don't give reviews, but in this case I/it felt justifiable. What a delight it was to deal with this company.. Right from the start and all the way through the staff I spoke to were extremely; polite,professional; competent/knowledgeable, I am not very techno/knowledgeable, but the advice and help they gave was 'spot on' The FreeSat box I was considering wasn't cheap and it took (even me) aprox 10/15 minutes to set up, and worked afterwards??? I would not hesitate to RECOMMEND this company to anyone. By the way their prices are somewhat comparable to those of a "Major On-line supplier" I wasn't charged delivery!!! Also the delivery they gave was as promised, arrived early in two days.

Feb 13,2025Firstly delivery didn’t phone save waking up the wife after an hour sleep. Then couple days add free sound bar with TV so felt cheated. Went online face to face asked for the sound bar, said would email response 2-3 hours, didn’t. Phoned 2.30 that afternoon spoke to Chris who said the same, still waiting week on. So customers service you read is BS. This was my first order and last god knows if 5 year guarantee will be needed.was going to order large washing machine as it’s playing up. And dehumidifier. Hey ho there you go NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE.
