Feb 05,2025Brilliant throughout. Bought a dishwasher and automatically went to Amazon and found the one I wanted. Thought it best to shop around and Currys had the same but slightly cheaper. Went to buy from Currys but they wanted to force delivery charges onto me and would not allow click & collect. I'm not one to be shafted but forced on additional charges, so looked online further, and found Hughes. The web site was excellent, and ordering was simple. Confirmation was sent quickly and I was notified of the delivery date (Arrow XL). I received notification of the delivery date (ordered on Sunday, received today, Tuesday) and was kept up to speed on the delivery time. Arrow were superb and it was handy to be able to track where my delivery was on their schedule. The two guys who delivered were respectful of my property and polite, and called me 20 minutes before they arrived. Overall, brilliant service and I would highly recommend people shop around and not just fall for the "Amazon must be the cheapest" as in this case Hughes were £25 less. Well done to all at Hughes and Arrow, thank you for a great shopping experience.

Feb 05,2025I liked the cooker which I bought and the prompt delivery. However, there was no cable or plug with the appliance (I was aware it didn't come with a plug.) Also, whilst the delivery men were very pleasant, I was a bit disappointed that they just left the cooker in the middle of the kitchen for me to unpack and move into place

Feb 04,2025from the word GO! I couldnt fault Hughes. I chose the appliance. Placed my order which included removal of my old appliance and installing my new one with removal of all packaging. I chose a day for delivery, had a text stating a time slot for delivery. Delivery driver knocked at the door, removed old appliance, whilst his co-driver brought the new one to the door, who promptly unpacked, installed and left with all packaging. In all, possibly took 10 minutes! I highly recommend Hughes.
