I purchased the wrong cooker (electric) in error when I needed a gas cooker. My mistake, and Hughes were excellent in arranging collection of the wrongly ordered cooker. Would definitely recommend and I have saved their website.

The delivery men arrived on time, took away our old appliance (as per my order), unpackaged the new appliance and were very respectful of our home.
