Jan 18,2025My fridge which I unpacked had a dent. The packaging was not damaged , so the fridge was packed dented. I had to put the contents of the old fridge in the garage, some of which had to be thrown away as was not edible. I asked if whilst I was waiting for a replacement if I could use the fridge to be told I would be deemed to accept it. The people who brought me the replacement were very good and helpful. I feel I would like compensation for my wasted food. Not a good experience.
