Jan 20,2025After having looked at a fridge freezer on Hughes excellent website, we phoned the company on Thursday to discuss the product's availability and spoke to Nick Loose who couldn't have been more helpful. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and patiently and expertly answered every question we had. We ordered the product while on the phone. Nick outlined the process for delivery and which dates were available. we chose the coming Saturday. Nick stressed that if I had any further questions, not to worry, just phone back. I did phone on the Friday as I had forgotten if it was during the afternoon or evening that I would receive an email from the carriers. I was shocked but highly delighted that I got through to Nick again and not only did he tell me that I would receive the email by 7pm, he went onto the carriers website and checked that everything was going through ok. His final comment was that if there was anything else, don't hesitate to ring and that he was on duty on Saturday too. I received the carrier's email as promised before 7pm giving a 2 hour delivery slot for the Saturday. This was confirmed by text on Saturday morning plus a call from the delivery guys and I used the handy tracker link in the email to check any updates throughout the day. The delivery men had a rescheduled call and phoned to check if they could come earlier ,which they did. The delivery and uplift of the old product was great and the men were really friendly, careful and respectful of our property. We are delighted with the service we have received and a special shout out goes to Nick. It was fantastic to get through on the phone so quickly and to someone who conversed with me freely and easily, who was so helpful and who obviously had a great knowledge and understanding of how the ordering systems worked. To get to speak to the same person on my second phone call blew me away- as I haven't received this kind of service from a company for a long long time. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hughes and would definitely purchase from them again.
