Jan 21,2025Web site was easy to use, item sold from stock and was able to select a delivery time that suited. All in all a fantastic service. My only issue was the delivery company which Hughes uses. Delivery was fine however we were told my old fridge freezer would not fit on the lorry. This was odd as my new one was the same model. We were told they would return the next day. When this did not happen I called and was told nothing was noted on their system re the revised collection. They eventually collected 2 days later. I can only assume that if I never chased it would still be there now. A minor hitch which slightly soured the who experience.
