Jan 17,2025Well. This is the 1st week I applied for a rental 85inch TV and someone called Mya I spoke to. She said she didn't have any 85inch left so she said they had 65inch, I told her I had that inch already and wanted a bigger one so I said a 75inch. She also said they didn't have a 75inch so I said forget it I don't want two 65inch so she then said she has one as a Samsung (don't know why she lied) I had to pay £29 for before it gets delivered and signed the contract. This was this week 14th January and was told they would deliver today 16th January. So the delivery guys came took the TV out the box to all of our surprise there was no stand. I called and told them what was happening the 1st time they said I have to wait within a hour as its not on their system yet from the delivery guys. Called back at 3pm and a lady told me she would contact the depo and call me back. No callback and called again at 4:30 and spoke to a guy who said he can see that I called at 3pm and said he would call me back. I asked him but would he as this isn't looking good as a new customer he proceeded to say he would sort it out. Its now 5:30 a hour after I spoke to them and no callback. I did have my hesitations of getting a tv from Hughes and now I totally regret my decision especially seeing the bad reviews as well(I know my fault) I think I will have to cancel as I'm not happy with how I have been treated. I shouldn't have to be running them down wondering where my TV is. Seems like they just want to chase us for money and not care at all. Not happy at all.

Jan 17,2025Excellent service , very friendly and professional delivery staff and fitters. We had connection problems ( ours) but Hughes promptly reimbursed us for the connection costs we had booked . We will definitely use them again .

Jan 17,2025Although Hughes confirmed the dishwasher was ready for pickup on Wednesday, it wasn't there when I arrived to pick-up. The main reason why I purchased the dishwasher at Hughes was because of the timeline. In the end it was delayed by a day and caused a lot of planning issues as it was for a holiday let.
