Being open and honest with them helped get the best offer possible. The check that is done on the car is very thorough and fair. I would recommend this company if you want to sell your car. The payment was paid into my account very quickly.

Dec 23,2020Wanted a quick sale but other web based car buyers were offering well below market value. Icashcars were honest and fair throughout the whole process and I negotiated a fair price I was happy with. I would echo other reviews by saying be honest about the condition of your car otherwise you will be knocked down on price and be disappointed! All the people I dealt with were friendly and polite. I would definitely use again.

Dec 23,2020To begin with the staff were pleasant, the man who came to inspect our car (Dom) was friendly and safe. We were told the would ring 5 minutes after, I still haven't heard from them. We sat in waiting to hear from them but no communication. Not good business practice to waste someone's time like that, it would be been common courtesy to even send a message letting us know they didn't want to buy the car. Won't be recommending.

Dec 10,2020I spoke to icash cars, of course the amount they wanted to pay was no way near what I expected. But the main issue was it took them literally over 2 months to actually get back to me. I initially contacted them in August they kept saying someone will contact me. No-one responded till today December. I thought it was some kind of prank or joke. My cousin also had a similar experience where they replied 6 weeks after initially speaking to her.

Nov 13,2020The process with Icashcars was great. I dealt mainly with Richard from their Reading branch. We had discussed a price on the car prior to his arrival (make sure you are totally honest about the condition of your car when you talk on the phone, any chips on car, alloys, etc) with a detailed description. Arranged a meeting time the next morning. Richard turned up with his car engineer on time (almost to the minute). Inspected the car, took it for test drive, tried to haggle the price down for 5 minutes (cannot blame him for trying) and we settled for a good price. Wired the money to my bank and the whole transaction was over in around 40 minutes. Painless, easy, quick and I will be using them again.

Jan 07,2021Really good professional company, with very competitive offers from them if you want to sell your car quickly, and I wanted to sell my car quickly they will offer very competitive prices. I dealt with one main person who was very helpful, but what I was most impressed with was, the staff were genuinely very helpful and friendly, with a great level of communication. They were also able to accommodate to my schedule so the appointment process was quick. The guy was on time for the appointment that was booked and even gave a call 30 mins prior, it’s nice to be updated like that. He quickly checked my car, the guy who checked the car was nice friendly and approachable. The sale of the car was very quick and wasn’t laborious. He checked the car, and phone head office, head office came back with an offer after a very short negotiation as the offer was good for a quick sale, we came to a deal, the money was transferred over to my account within a few minutes, than the car was registered over to them online there and than Would definitely do a deal with them again for a quick sale.
