Order process was good but then the two parts of my desk were shipped separately: I received the base but had to email the company to find out what happened to the top. They responded that it hadn't been shipped and have me a new tracking number for the top package. It appears that it had not been shipped and might not have been without me following up because UPS did not receive the package until I asked them to check on it. Not a huge deal but a bit annoying to have to follow up in order to get my whole order shipped. UPDATE (Oct 10, 2024): iMovr reached out about my ordering experience and clarified a few things. I still think they should make it clearer on the site that the desktop and base do NOT ship simultaneously and there should not be any confusion about tracking numbers (which they did not provide for my desktop until I asked). Desk is great, works as advertised, feels solid and well made, happy with the purchase.
I’m receiving a product survey before I even have my product???? Desk tracking has been completely inaccurate for three weeks… I received a survey about how I like my desk, and I haven’t received it yet. I’m receiving pieces of my desk in peacemeal, (the CPU holder showed up yesterday?????) I am very upset at the transparency and shipping delays
It’s been 12 days and I still haven’t received my keyboard tray. Hopeful it’ll be great when I do receive but for as expensive as this was I’d expect much better service.
I was happy with my experience with ordering, etc. The mat was a gift for my son who lives across the country and he got the mat recently. He seems to like it, but he hasn’t had it long so I don’t have a lot of feedback. My one complaint was that it took longer to get shipped and delivered than I anticipated. Faster shipping would be good.
I called this morning, 8/26/24, PayPal because we received the bill for the mat I ordered but I did not receive the mat yet. PayPal said they would check things out. Thankfully I just received on my front porch my new mat this afternoon. Thank you! I so wanted this mat and I finally got it! Patricia Mason

The desk is perfect, just what I wanted. It glides up and down quite well, and goes lower than normal standing desks, and also way higher should you be 8 feet tall. Don't rush, and be sure you know what you want. I had ordered samples of the laminate options, and the driftwood was perfect for me. I have a u shaped desk and I love it, super strong, holds all my computers and monitors with space to spare. Be ware, the desk is incredibly heavy, and you will definitely need two strong people to move the big box wherever you need it. Also, it really helps to have two people putting it together, only for the flip of the big desk. I managed by myself, but wow, it was difficult, and I am quite strong. I have my desk currently on sliders to protect the floor for just in case (hard plastic sliders with fuzzy coverings you can get from a hardware store)

Juliette was a pleasure to work with. Even though the original IMovR company was no longer in the picture, she found a satisfactory way to help me with a warranty issue. She was very professional and patient with me even though I put the process on hold on and off several times due to my traveling outside the country.
The Q desk is an excellent standing desk. Despite a shipping glitch that caused a delay, the wait was absolutely worth it. The customer care team was incredibly responsive. I was initially worried that the caster wheels might make the desk wobbly, but I'm delighted to report that it's virtually wobble-free. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend the Q desk!
