The review is strictly for company, accessories and customer support and that they won't let you leave reviews on their website. Click on add my review and it's a loop to their reference to good reviews. Desk is solid, moving well and assembled well but accessories are sometimes unusable and they don't care. I ordered desk but ended up putting together past 100 days and found the accessories that go under desk (laptop holder) won't fit because they hit the rails needed for desk motors/cords. Told imovr and they just said sorry past 100 days. Their power cord accessories are overpriced jokes. The tilt keyboard is legit, but i have about $500 of worthless accessories, and only usable was keybaord and monitor holders. if company tried a little on customer service and not blocking ability to leave reviews which they advertise on site and online, they could easily have 5 starts and not have me find places to leave reviews.
The iMovr team is personable, available and completely knowledgeable about their product. I had some questions about my personal situation and what might fit. The team got together, thought about my unique issues, tried out their furniture - AND then gave me their opinion about what would work best. It does not get better than this. Also - if one does their research, they can tell this is a quality outfit! They offer real people to talk about real stuff, and answer responsibly with real information. No automatons here! YAY!
I had a technical issue with a 3 year old standing desk that was resolved under warranty. The problem took several steps to diagnose, but the iMovR team stuck with it until we got the issue resolved. Great product and solid customer support follow through.
Spoke to Juliette in customer service. Somehow, in the course of my move, the two legs of the standing desk came to be two different heights. After that, the desk was very confused. It didn't know what to do. Juliette showed me how to reset it. The legs returned to the same length. (The shortest length.) From there, everything worked. Juliette saved my evening. And the company didn't make me jump through 1000 hoops to get service. I spoke to a human, first thing out of the chute. And a knowledgeable human, at that. Everyone should buy their standing desks from iMovR.
I have an unusual situation and needed a custom desk with specific and high demands, and iMovr helped me figure out which system to get and helped with some key design features. After using the desk for quite a while I had a minor electrical issue and they very quickly determined a fix and sent me the necessary parts. They sell great products and are a pleasure to deal with.

Several years after purchasing an iMovR desk, there was an issue with the drive mechanism on one of the legs. When I called, I was able to talk with a customer service representative almost immediately. After a brief discussion, replacement parts were immediately sent and my desk was working again in less than a week!
I had an issue with my Emma Three monitor mount where one of the monitors was not level with the rest. They sent me all equipment under warranty to resolve the issue. We also discovered that my desktop had slightly bowed. Not only did they replace my desktop under warranty, but they fabricated a support bracket for it. 10 out of 10 would buy a desk from them again.
I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service provided by Juliette via chat while I was browsing the site. She not only answered all of my questions, but went out of her way to share additional information and resources to further assist me with making selections.

I broke one of the cord covers on my dual monitor arms (was my bad, not a product issue) and wanted to get replacements. I reached out to iMovR using the “Contact Us” form and had a reply with a couple days. Juliette was super friendly and knowledgeable, included an image in the email to make sure we were talking about the same thing, and got me set up for ordering the replacement plus a couple extra (just in case). I was planning to pay for the replacement since it was totally my fault the item broke, but they decided to provide it as under warranty instead. Completely unexpected, and definitely appreciated. I’m impressed with both the product and people of iMovR, they’re top notch.
