Mar 21,2023Rob I had a ball at the Singapore F1 and wrote to you stating this… Wow this last weekend was a BALL…!!!! Your Team in the organisation were AMAZING again. In the lead up we had some dramas my end with a client dropping out last minute and SIAN stepped up and did what she does best.. provided a solution.. OUTSTANDING!! On the ground your girls were there if we needed them, thankfully there were no emergencies. We had the Craic, our seats… what can I say we couldn’t have had better seats, honestly. Overall “The best lads weekend I’ve ever been on” from my client. TOP TOP TOP. Thanks to you and your well oiled team again Rob. Please send on my congratulations to them all. I attach a picture depicting the Craic with the Irish guys behind us one having being capped.

Mar 19,2023I booked six hospitality tickets to the Ireland England Rugby match in Dublin. The whole experience was absolutely EXCELLENT. Great support before the event, with a very exciting itinerary, which made all of my guests very excited. The hospitality on the day was really excellent. Aside from the amazing, gourmet food, the staff were outstanding. Great seats at the ground. Just EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT and EXCELLENT

Mar 08,2023top draw events company, used them for nearly 10 years and had 20 plus great days out horse racing eating drinking etc uk and europe. only had one dubious day which was a buffet style cheaper day at royal ascot i think more aimed at entry level and younger clientele and struggled to get decent food but everything else just great including the lad we deal with, Adam who has perfected the right art of friendly jovial sales manner but not being too pushy. cheers trev kilbey

Mar 08,2023Attended the Ed Sheeran concert at Wembley last year, from arrival to leaving the whole experience was first rate - food was excellent and plentiful - bar facilities first class and the waiting staff were attentive and quick to respond. Overall, a brilliant night and Sheeran was pretty good too!

Mar 08,2023Zero customer service. Just a big sales ‘machine’ with aggressive sales people and a total disconnect between selling you a product (or ‘mis-selling’ rather) and then offering absolutely no customer service once monies have been paid. Very aggressive and bullish when we cancelled the 2nd trio arranged with ICE (this was agreed PRIOR to going on our first trip, always a mistake!) The flights, hotel and GP tickets materialised but the client experience promised was literally none existent. You’d be better to book through ICE as they seem to get good package deals (very clearly a bulk / churn model) and then 100% do your own thing when you go, that’s essentially what we did after day No.1. Also check all the details before the pushy sales team sell you the dream of ‘bargain price cancellation tickets’. They are cheaper because someone else is not getting refunded more likely cancelling (as we did ) through either being mis sold the product (and later realising) or because the first trip was so badly organised

Mar 04,2023absolutely the worst company to-do business with in my entire life, when anything goes wrong you cant get them on the phone or even get an email response!! contracts are soo tied up if your trip doesn't go to plan you cant get any sort of a refund and have to take what they offer you, read the terms very closely before taking up any offers, shop around you local travel agents as you will find you get a better deal than what they SAY they are offering you! we got tickets to Silverstone with access to several different areas to watch the racing and when we turned up we were denied access to all stands on our list apart from 1 VIP area & even that area was overbooked and didn't have enough seats for everyone. we booked the Italian grand prix & I just don't have enough time to write about the issues we had with this trip, from communication to the trip itself was just unspeakable and when we tried to get a refund we were told if you don't want to go then just don't turn up but NO REFUNDS are ever given out due to contracts!! (regardless of reason or fault) this is a company I will never do business with again in my life and when anyone asks about corporate events I will be telling them to stay well away from them, I needed a holiday to get over my holiday with them, ive only clicked 1 star as there wasn't a lesser option available.
