Mar 03,2023During the last 7 years that I have dealt with this company a lot and this is the third time that I have experienced problems. Number one was the tickets usually sent out to clients did not arrive causing them to miss the day and me having to pay out again. The second was a change of date from Saturday night to Friday night with no notice after having tickets booked for two years during pandemic and again costs incurred. A meal and show has been offered but never come off. Thirdly I notified the company that the date for Queens had moved back by a week and that it now clashed with Glastonbury and asked for a refund. Their answer to that was to send over a daily email with a new contract to sign! Appalling use at your peril!!!

Mar 03,2023There lucky there wasn't a zero option. Thieving uncaring directors never let you cancel but are happy to cancel events on you at last minute. Sale's girl Sally and staff who attended events are always helpful. But all about money and not about customer from directors point of view there's other events companies who offer a lot more 🤔

Feb 09,2023We booked Royal Ascot last year with Imperial after dealing with Jess in the London office. She caught me at good moment as wouldn't usually go for something like this on a spur. Easy process after confirming and Royal Ascot event is another class. Have rebooked for 2023.

He has always managed to secure us the best seats for big boxing events and it is always easy keeping us in the loop the whole way. I had to ask her three times where she was calling from as she was conveniently trying to skirt over that before starting her scripted sales pitch. Apparently, it's my fault that I was irritated with this being the second call of the day I had received from them. Super irritating. Horrible to be on a call list that has no relevance to me whatsoever.

Jan 31,2023I attended Ascot races with Imperial, it really was a new experience for me and I was amazed by how well looked after I was. It was a cold day so the luxury marquee with endless drinks and multiple courses was so well received in between races. The service was incredible and I wouldn’t want to do the races any other way!
