Apr 03,2022This company has the worst customer service of any that I have ever dealt with and I would advise other companies never to work with it. We are relatively long standing clients and recently found that we could not attend the revised date for a concert cancelled 2 years ago due to COVID and rearranged. The company insisted on payment regardless refusing to try to resell the tickets and when I refused actually cancelled the tickets and threatened legal action to recover the money. All Attempts to speak to management failed and they even refused to provide contact details for their Managing Director.

Mar 11,2022Avoid - there are many better vendors. Generally poor quality tickets available at massively inflated prices. There are many better corporate hospitality providers who provide better quality seats/tickets as part of their corporate packages. Customer service is utterly dreadful if you ever need it and they just tell you to write to the directors. Avoid - this is a rip-off.

Feb 11,2022We use Emma at Imperial Events on a regular basis, very professional and always helpful. Even we will left our tickets for an event at home on a Sunday morning she answered her phone and sorted replacements to be at the reception when we arrived, a Wonder Woman!

Jan 25,2022we have spent a large amount of money over a number of years with this company and paid a considerable amount of money to attend the brit awards which had inclusion of an after party which is the main reason my clients wished to attend. The after party was cancelled even though the government have relaxed COVID regulations reducing the package being offered yet had no intention of allowing us to cancel or indeed offer a refund for services not provided. not the first bad experience with this company and shameful behaviour will certainly avid them in future

Dec 16,2021What can I say from Wow, from start to the end Abu Dhabi GP was excellent staying at the Atlantis palm for the 3rd time going to the F1 eating in the underwater restaurant to the ICE staff helping with the PCR's chasing results to giving you advice was second to none, roll on Singapore 2022, Thank you to Jodie,Toni,Olivia. Great Service every time.

Dec 02,2021I Can’t put it into words how bad of a company these are. Everything sounds amazing until you pay, once you pay it falls off a cliff edge. No reply’s, no help, no care, no service! Just damn right awful service all round. Lies I’m there sales pitches “we have this great event that Barclays cancelled so half price” it’s actually not and actually cheaper direct! AVOID

Sep 21,2021I have used imperial events for a few years now and found their customer care to be of a consistently high standard with access to some events that I couldn’t have got elsewhere. On the events where they attend the team have always been friendly, helpful and professional and I’d certainly recommend them to others. Unlike other companies their sales team are not pushy and take the time to learn what events you like and what you don’t!

Sep 03,2021I've used this company for several events over the last 4 years - yes they are sales driven - unabashedly so, which I’m ok with ( I’m not a big theatre or concert goer - but they’ve lured me and my wife into both - and they’ve been good things i wouldn’t have sought out without them trying to sell it to me- buble at xmas etc.) I think their world fell apart during covid but they had to keep going - I couldn’t get a refund on an event i couldn't attend due to one in my party having a positive covid test during the height of the covid rules. I was furious they couldn't simply refund me. But then i stumbled across Dan Burnham, he's helped soften the impact of my missed event. when you attend the events - it's identical to keith prowse in my experience but not as expensive. Dans a salesman, he will sell to you - but he also follows up, does what he's promised to do and I’ve bought rwc tickets and package through him and Wimbledon since . Yes they got something wrong with me once , but they’re turning it around. yes they sell hard. say no if you dont want to listen.

Apr 05,2022DONT FALL FOR THERE LIES, bunch of con men, money grabbing donkeys, when a companies last 5 reviews are all 1 star, that says alot. they make up cancellations on events to create urgency, the only urgency is that you give them your money before you find out you can get it farrrrrrrrrr cheaper elsewhere- avoid, avoid, avoid Also says a lot when a company deletes there feefo account.
