From start to finish, their professionalism was evident. The team coordinated every detail seamlessly, ensuring that all attendees felt valued and well taken care of. The communication leading up to the event was clear and timely, providing all the necessary information to enhance our experience. On the day of the game, everything ran like clockwork. Oct 16,2024Paris 2024 absolutely the worst hospitality ever. VIP EXPERIENCE. not at all. Mis sold totally, paid over £4000, only to discover most guests had paid between £900 and £1000. I would advise if anyone booking, wait, as when the event cannot be sold they will reduce the price dramatically

Oct 02,2024We had an amazing day at the cricket at Trent Bridge, all of our customers loved it. Hospitality was second to none, we had a great area to sit in, to watch the game and also when entertaining. Would definitely recommend.

Oct 01,2024Received a cold call from Marcus & had initially thought this was a different company that a colleague had previously registered my interest with, but obvs my details have been shared somehow. After purchasing 8 packages for the Monaco Grand Prix at £2745 each, as a '50% heavily discounted package, as a big bank paid for the package already', which was sold as 'luxury', it was definitely not worth the price (supposedly £5500??) The chartered plane was a budget polish airline without service, a dated hotel room on the outskirts of Cannes (who put all our rooms on different floors?) & charge €40 per sunbed hire (?!) & grand prix tickets *only* for Sunday. Now that we've done the trip - we could do the entire thing with proper 3 day grand prix luxury hospitality tickets for the same price. As the package was already booked, we were determined to make the most of our time there. We were lucky to have received the best view/ seats compared to others who purchased the same package - as we were told that the seats were opposite the pit lane, but the ticket purchased was of lower value (approx €600) and more of a restricted view for anyone sat below us (aka no view of pit lane). The welcome drinks on Friday had a 2 drink cap, but the reps provided a few more drinks tokens which was appreciated. Ive given it 3 stars as the experience itself was decent once we were there, but it was definitely missold as a luxury experience that was actually pretty standard. If you're happy to pay a premium to have it all organised it for you, then fair enough. I wouldn't purchase another package from them again. Marcus deserved that commission though - you caught big f1 fans who got excited by the dream you sold us lol.

Oct 01,2024The ICE organisation before the PGA event was fine and timely, as ever. However; 1) The PGA wifi was overwhelmed on the day, to the extent that the virtual ticket-checking system was compromised. We had to queue for ten minutes at customer services so that we could be cleared - PGA staff did the best they could in good humour but their wifi access was also affected so it wasn't an efficient process at all. 2) When we got to the Champions Club tent it became clear that the 2024 offering had been downgraded (from last year) from a table-service offering to a self-service style buffet with a much restricted range of hot food on offer. That was a surprise. 3) The breakfast pastries were all pretty stale and meagre this year - no excuse for that. 4) As a result of the above the ICE offering didn't have such a premium feel this year and it was far worse value for money than last year.

Sep 26,2024Overall, the event was very good however the timescales between having dinner and being at the theatre felt unnecessarily tight due to the disappointing service during dinner with the staff needing to be continually chased up. Despite it being a set menu, the side orders and vegetables arrived well after the main courses had actually been eaten.

Nov 07,2024Amazing time had at Chris Stapleton at the o2. The meal out at Groucho, the booth, I’m pregnant so access to the loos and drinks and not jostling in the crowds was just what we wanted. Great seats…. Recommend a high seat at the bar too- we liked it up there as you can dance and with a great view. Superb. Thanks Greg for organising it for me and my other half, we don’t usually come to London and so having it all sorted was what I had wanted. We would book again in a heartbeat - after the babies have arrived!! Lauren D xx
