Thanks for your reply Service was not unfriendly just not warm and with a smile. It felt like everyone doing their job OK but going through the motions, that was it really. The three fish starters was not reflected in the main coarse so not sure this is really a good answer in my opinion, probably Gordon Ramseys as well if he was asked? Like I said just OK for me nothing terrible but expected more hence lower than average score
Awesome experience! The tickets in the box at the O2 were fantastic – great view, excellent service, and everything was perfectly organised. The entire evening was seamless and memorable. Huge thanks to the Imperial Events team for making it such a special night. I’ll definitely be booking through them again soon!
Well where do I start but before I do, please if you are thinking of using this company please ENSURE all they promise you verbally is agreed in writing before you pay over any money. We are due to see the MJ Story today and we were verbally guaranteed via our Account Manager Riley and his Manager (over the phone) that we would be seated in the first 12 front rows of the theatre for this show, this was the only reason we booked the event. Low and behold when the tickets were issued we are way back in the stalls, row R and P ( we are a party of 8 and we didn't even get seats next to each other!) I have had conversations with several members of the operations team but all I get is that it was not confirmed in writing, hence there is nothing they can do!!!!! What happened to Customer Service, would I be so insistent if we had not been promised better seats, what a disappointment! Their advice is to raise it with a Director after the show (very helpful). This is our third booking with this company, every time we have been very disappointed in the seats and event details, never again! Hope this helps? I bet no one calls to try and rectify the situation before the show! P.S Well I was right, no one was bothered enough to try and resolve the situation! The meal at the Savoy (Gordon Ramsey) was excellent a real experience and the show was fantastic (neither of which Imperial Events can take credit for) our seats on the other hand were not as promised or expected, 2 of us had to move in the interval so we could see the show, due to very large people in the rows in front. Over all a great experience but do yourself a favour and book it yourself, you’ll get the seats you want and save a fortune. The only call we got back was to ask us to take this review down!
it was a great break, very nice restaurants and great hotel. the hotel seems to have forgotten to return my 500 euro deposit they took on check in.

A big thank you to Sally James for telling us all about the fine dinning experience they offered in Monaco. The Hotel de Paris was outstanding as were the 2 restuarants we visited for our evening meals. Met some amazing people and the Imperial girls Caitlin & Jessica were fantastic keeping everyone informed of the daily plans. Definitely lots of memories made.
The best corporate event I have been on. Met some great people, stayed in the most amazing hotel and dined at some of the most amazing restaurants. The Imperial guides; Jess and Caitlin were fantastic and always on hand to help, if needed. Highly reccommned
Excellent hotel, excellent second dinner but not much organised during the day.
As a business and privately, have regularly used Imperial. Cameron Cleaver is a great point of contact - very helpful and understands what we/ I need. Big thanks also to Caitlin and Jessica who recently provided on the ground support on a recent Monaco restaurant trip. It was a great trip overall and both were brilliant in organising a group of adults (worse than kids at times?!) in a professional and friendly manner.
We had an excellent experience dining in two Michelin star restaurants in Monaco and staying at the fantastic Hotel de Paris. It will be something we remember for many years to come. It was well considered and a delight to add to it our memories of other events with Imperial. Thoroughly recommend.

The tickets and hotel were excellent, however, in reality Imperial added no value for the added cost. In fairness they had the tickets, so you could argue that was their added value, but as a premium event package supplier I expected the full package with transfers to & from airport and to and from the event. As it was I.perial were a very expensive booking agent.
Martin was amazing found me fantastic tickets at the last minute for Taylor swift. My girls had the best night! Answered my million questions instantly. Very happy.
