I asked if I could get the third tire at the discounted price in the special instructions section. I recieved a confirmation that I would within the day. My credit card was credited soon after.

Jan 20,2015Was surprised and glad when I received an email notice from IndeMedical asking to verify my order as my billing and shipping address were different. I never received a communication like that before from any online retailer. IndeMedical was making sure that the order placed wasn't a fraudulent order, no doubt protecting me and them. When I followed up with them via phone, I spoke with Nick who not only processed the order, but also thoroughly explained to me how to install and operate the medical equipment that I ordered. More businesses should be this concerned and conscientious about their customers. Way to go IndeMedical!

Jan 10,2015I ordered McKesson urine left bags #37-2845 (order no. 9201) and when the shipment arrived it raised these points: 1. The reorder no. 37-2845 did not appear on the individual packaging as it does on valid McKesson products. 2. Your packages had a printed warning that the bags contained a chemical known to cause cancer. No such warning was ever present in any of my earlier bags purchased from another supplier. 3. The box of bags came repackaged in anther box labelled Fragile and surrounded with bubble wrap. Urine bags are not Fragile nor do they have to be shipped protected with bubble wrap. 4. Attempts to contact you by phone could never reach an actual person. I think you are shipping a knock-off product that might also be harmful.
