Jul 08,2015I started ordering from IndeMedical.com because of the prices - syringes, needles, and catheters are all half to a quarter the price of buying them at my local pharmacy or medical supply, and their selection is much better. Need a 60 ml catheter-tipped syringe for doing bladder instillations? Good luck at the pharmacy (at least mine), but IndeMedical has them in stock. Now that I've ordered from them a few times, though, what keeps me coming back is the customer service. Their website is great and it's easy to find what I need, my orders have so far all shipped the same day, and there's never been an error or hiccup. Their communication is great, with an order acknowledgement and tracking information when the order ships. It seems like small stuff, but the sort of personal communication that I get from them really makes the difference between a mediocre experience and such a good experience that I want to write a review to share it with others. :-)

From getting information on products to getting quotes and shipping notice with follow up on products. Love this company!

Every questions I asked was researched for my individual needs and answered. When that lead to other questions, they were constantly there. Nick made sure that I had all the answers that I needed to consider the purchase. Best yet, he wanted to make sure that it was the right product for ME. The transaction was drama free! I have found their prices to be the best and even if they cost a little more it would be worth it just because of the service. Anytime I have a question or request they answer quickly and courteously. Shipping is very quick, recently 2 days, which is great because it resolves any worry that I might run out. I have no hesitation in recommending IndeMedical as a reliable supplier.
