Nov 08,2014i ordered tires and tubes for my wheelchair from indemedical. 2 pairs of kenda tires (indoor and offroad) and schwalbe tubes and rimtape. products were shipped quickly and i received what i ordered. in one case, the schwalbe sv 12 tubes i got did not fit the tire/rim size schwalbe claimed (47-559). i contacted mike at indemedical, and he got a replacement shipped that day. all the products were of the quality i expected, and with the exception of the tube size glitch, the fit was good. mike was very helpful, helped in a timely manner, and followed up to make sure i was happy. i was.

Oct 09,2014I have 2 other knobs from same manufacturer on my other vehicles. Prior to settling on this one I tried 2 others which didn't fit. The knob release button is great feature. Nice to have the extention kit but didn't need it. Only regret is I couldn't get a blue one.

Oct 08,2014I had an issue with my first order. After two weeks had gone by and I still hadn't received my order or a "has been shipped" email, I emailed IndeMedical that evening. By the next afternoon I had received an email and two phone calls from them apologizing for a glitch on my order. Within a few days my order was at my front door. It's good to know there are still companies that "bend over backwards" for their customers. With competitive prices and unbeatable service I continue to use them for all my medical supply needs.
