Jul 08,2017I had the pleasure of working with Mike on an order mix up which turned out to be my fault. Mike took the time to look through the backline inventory to see if the item I actually tried to order was available. It turned out that it wasn't but Mike found a similar product that he sent me in place of the mis-ordered item and gave me full credit for the item I purchased. He also said that if the new item did not work for me to contact him directly and he would continue to work with me until I had what I needed. Good customer service makes for happy repeat customers.
