I have used Indemedical twice now and both experiences were positive and pleasant. Customers feel like family, customer service is top notch and the products are quality, no second rate products here! I would hands down recommend Indemedical; and having used local stores plus big television ad companies I feel I have a good reference point. The prices are incredibly reasonable and I love the flexibility of ordering as much or as little as I need.

I bought three products recently from Indemedical. Two of them were cheaper and much quicker delivery than Amazon. The other was 1/2 the price of identical item from Hutchinson Medical. Great experience with all products.

I was having "one of those days" when I placed my order. When I was checking out I noticed that the shipping cost was a tad bit higher than I expected to pay, well when I filled out the survey at the end of the transaction, I complained about it (like a jerk). The next day I received a phone call from Mike and he was very pleasant and really cared about my concerns and even offered to refund my shipping cost. I was impressed at this point but when I opened a confirmation email for the refund, I noticed he refunded the whole order! I contacted him to tell him of his error and he informs me that it was no mistake and to enjoy my product and it was on the house!!!!!! WOW! In todays fast world of internet shopping, we are not accustomed to this kind of old fashioned, one on one service!!! As far as I'm concerned there are no other supply stores out there, I have found my home.... KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! THANKS MIKE

I had a problem ordering on the web site so I called. The man who answered was very pleasant and efficient and took my order over the phone. He promised 2 day delivery but the order came the next day and was exactly what i expected.
