Nov 11,2024On October 7 I was going to travel and due to the hurricane I wasn’t able to I got my refund back for my luggage the next day and they told me I have to wait 7 business days to get my ticket money back into my account it is know November 10 and I still haven’t gotten my refund back every times I call they always tell me yes there a refund pending but it doesn’t appear on my side pending is always an excuse but nothing being doing about my money o don’t know how much longer they going to keep me waiting and mind you I got a credit for my tickets for coming back from jet blue and nothing from frontier beside my luggage money this is so unprofessional they a manager tell me what are you going to get out of leaving a bad review I just want my money back
