Apr 20,2025George was great, polite & helpful, but i think our call was dropped so in not sure if my seats were booked or nit. I was surprised when he told me i was not yet booked in as I'd just done it on line. I was calling for help requesting a gluten feee meal on my transatlantic flight; sadly, George said he couldn't help. Our call was cut off before i could ask about that again.

Apr 18,2025Warren Reynolds helped me to get refund from Expedia. It was an extremely difficult case because Expedia used third party HotelBeds. Warren is very very very professional, persistent and determined to help, his passion and determination impressed me a lot. I finally got the refund from Expedia, but without Warren's hard work, I would not get it. It was $1232 which is a big money. I can't say enough thanks to Warren! Apr 14,2025Scam company. They tell you you that they will do things for you if you pay them money that can be done for free if you contact the real people where you've booked your reservation from. Pretend to handle all the reservations from all the travel agencies and charges money for services that are done absolutely free of cost. What they do is they connect chat directly with the travel agency of the airline that the passenger has booked it from and charge for things that can be done for free if the customer instead of contacting infinity travels contacted their real agency they've booked it from

Apr 12,2025My trip has had to be rescheduled, I added bringing my Chihuahua then she died and I had that cancelled and I needed a car to drive me from Porto to Chaves, my destination. I worked with Roger to accomplish all this. He was AMAZING!! He explained everything and was more than patient when he justifiably could have lost it. David went over all the final arrangements to ensure we had it right. Of course it was right. Roger did it!
