Sep 05,2024Terrible advice end up costing me almost 700 bucks. Flight was delayed 3 days. They suggested canceling my flight and changing to a new flight, seemed like everything was normal on phone. Never knew I wasn’t talking with the airlines until I had already canceled my flight and had my bags off the plane. Then charged additional money to rebook when the airlines doesn’t have a rebooking fee. Show up the next morning for my flight and learned I had to pay additional fees for my luggage. Stay far away from these guys
