Nov 26,2024Erik’s behavior was completely unacceptable. First, he told me that to get a refund, I would need to leave a 5-star review and submit it before he could process the refund. He even tried to dictate what I should say. I wrote the review, but I included my own honest thoughts rather than what he wanted me to say. After submitting it, Erik then told me, "Oh, I can't do it—you need to call the hotel." He was extremely rude, and this shady business practice is incredibly disappointing. It makes me question the integrity of all the 5-star reviews, as this process seems far from honest. To make matters worse, I am now being bombarded with calls asking me to change my review, and they won’t stop. This entire experience has been terrible, and I am deeply disappointed, Expedia. This is not the kind of service I expected.

Nov 26,2024When we thought that everything was completely hopeless to be able to solve the dilemma that my wife was in, when she was going to travel from Nicaragua to Sweden, we got in touch with Infinity travels. It was as if God had sent us an angel when I came into contact with Viktor at Infinity travels. He immediately understood our problem and immediately said that he could certainly help us. This despite the fact that I had argued with both the airline and the travel company as well as the authorities in both Nicaragua and Mexico. After a two minute conversation with Viktor who then enlisted the help of his colleague Jimmy and their boss David Watson. Without a doubt, they helped me book a ticket with the date we wanted. Not only that they guaranteed to assist me so that my wife had a safe check-in and boarding of her flight without having to worry about any difficulties or worries. Everything went as promised and you cannot imagine better service or treatment than the one we received from these angels from Infinity Travels. Many thanks Viktor and extra big kudos to David Watson who can really be proud of his guys for the fantastic jobs they do for their customers. I highly recommend Infinity travels. Five stars out of a possible five.

Nov 26,2024Wilson was extremely courteous, helpful and professional during my experience with Infinity Travel. He handled all of my travel needs in a timely manner. Wilson was very knowledgeable about everything and he was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. It was wonderful to have a great customer experience with Wilson on behalf of Infinity Travel. It seems like overall customer service since COVID has been lacking. So happy that this is not the case with Infinity Travel.
