And Suites in Austin, Tx on Sept. 11th, I had a noted that I had free cancellation until noon on Sept. 12th. But the other representative who I spoke with before Zaiden was not helpful. I really appreciate the effort Zaiden put in to helping me resolve the issue. He was most helpful and courteous.

Sep 08,2024Infinity Travel is a SCAM. This was an absolute scam. My father somehow got connected with this fraudulent company when he was trying to call AA customer service, and they convinced him he needed to change his flights and charged him $500 to do so. There was no reason for him to have his flight changed or to charge him anything for that. He didn't even book with them originally. This "company" is trash. Beware.
