Jun 04,2023I found Janet to be very pleasant, professional and spent time clarifying the details of our holiday to Madeira. She also went to check whether direct flights had started from Belfast. This was appreciated as it would have saved us having to fly to Bristol the day before, to go on to Madeira the following day. All paperwork was promptly emailed to me. A very good experience with the company.
