Very good service. I was initially reluctant to book over the phone but I was given the appropriate assurances and felt confident all was in order. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely consider booking through Luxury Inspired Escapes again.

Wonderful Hotel with good service. Pre booked tours were excellent.=, with a very knowledgeable driver. Booking was easy with all questions answered. This is the second time we have booked with Luxury Escapes and would do so in the future.

The hotel Vidamar was excellent- large clean bedroom, balcony with sea views, sparkly and cake provided to celebrate our birthdays, several good size pools and access to safe sea swimming with also diving, canoeing , spa, squash...several nice bars and eating in hotel complex and some live music - walkable to Funchal 25 mins - recommend coastal walk the other way to fishing village 3m where Churchill used to stay! Recommend cable cars and gardens from Funchal. Flights and transfers spot on too

Stayed in an hotel in Lisbon with five other friends on a three night stay last week. Well appointed hotel, very comfortable. Describes itself as 5 star but more like a good 4 star. Nevertheless good value per money at £100 per room per night plus breakfast. Easy to book via Inspired Luxury Escapes. Did not have to pay full amount on booking unlike some other agencies. ILE helped with a number of questions around the time of the booking.

Thank you for making our celebration truly special. The Hotel Jardins do Lago Madeira proved to be the ideal place to create our golden anniversary memories. The serene elegance of this beautiful hotel with its wonderful gardens (not forgetting Colombo - the giant tortoise) would be hard to surpass - add to this delicious food and the most delightful of staff it is a little bit of heaven you will want to return to very soon.

Really well organised, lovely island Madeira and the booking and transfers were seamless. Hotel was absolutely amazing as was the food and all the amenities. Only down side was a 2 hour flight delay on the way back via EasyJet, and Manchester Airport was awful

booked a '5 star' holiday with them which turned out to be 3 to 4 star. when i complained they washed there hands by passing complaint to hotel and i was left with little choice but to accept minimal offer of compensation.i personally will stick to major operators in future. just had a reply off them .......only took a YEAR !!!!

This company has seriously overcharged us for our forthcoming trip to Greece. We were charged £600 more than friends who are joining us and booked through FLEETWAY travel for exactly the same trip. They are absolutely not going to do anything about it and it is impossible to get any sense out of them. Please check other companies prices before you deal with Inspired Luxury Escapes. We were totally mislead by them and feel very cheated as being pensioners that is a huge amount to overcharge. It is impossible to find a proper Manager to deal with. They even say they are not making any commission out of the holiday which is total nonsense as why would they sell it.

Inspired Luxury Escapes AKA Broadway Travel - A word of Warning! I would caution anyone thinking of using this Travel Agency. We have used them twice and found the destinations and hotels very good, however the customer service provided is non existent. It seems they are happy to take your money but accept no responsibility for failure of service. For our first trip there were a couple of hiccups which I was willing to accept as minor errors and so did use them again - but read on..... On our most recent trip to Crete we had a series of problems with our flight booking, airport transfer and hotel room. My wife and I, despite paying for upgraded flight seats, discovered (fortunately prior to traveling) that we had been booked seats on different rows of the aircraft - which cost me another £40 with the airline to correct. Our shared airport transfer took 2.5 hours although we had been told it would be 1 to 1.5 hours max. (For the return transfer we booked a private taxi - another 90euros). The hotel room we booked was not as advertised (We had to endure this as the hotel was full). Despite reporting all these matters whilst in resort to the agency they did nothing, blaming the airline, transfer service and hotel - very much a case of 'slopey shoulders'. On my return to the UK I made a formal complaint which 6 weeks later is still not resolved. Although I have been promised the matter is being investigated.

We came across inspired luxury while looking for a last-minute break. The facts are: 1) We booked a holiday and paid for it on the 30th July. This was to Gran Canaria from Manchester. 2) On the 31th July, they rang us and told that the room wasn't available (although when I checked with another tour operator, the room type was still available on the date we requested). 3) They then told us that because the room wasn't available, they hadn't booked a flight. 4) Due to this even if we paid them more for the room, because the flight had now increased in price £200, instead of flying from Manchester Airport we would now have to go Edinburgh - an additional expense and amount of travel time for us. I will say that the staff members we spoke to were very polite but as a first experience this was not great and I would not use this company again.
