Jan 26,2025Saw a good trip on TravelZoo and phoned to book as I wanted to choose our extra legroom seats. Many thanks to Michael Evans for sorting everything out in one phone call. I explained that I wanted better flight times and I was quickly given alternatives and prices. Everything was well explained and I was happy to complete the booking immediately, The paperwork came through very quickly so I could check the details on the EasyJet site. I am now on the lookout for my next bargain with Inspired Luxury Escapes.

Jan 26,2025This is the second time we have booked a holiday via inspired luxury escapes. We are not the easiest and have requirements which are non negotiable which make us challenging but Brooke was amazing. She looked for things we wanted, gave options and was always willing to look for other holidays if we were unsure about what she had shown us. At times I felt like I was being a pain but Brooke was always happy to look again and we have now booked dream holiday. When booking Brooke was giving lots of information and advice and I will not hesitate to book again Brooke really is an asset to the company and I can’t recommend her enough thank you again

Jan 24,2025Bit of back and forth via messenger and with different people coming in and out of the chat due to closing times bit annoying. asked lots of questions to make sure our booking was what we was looking for but Kayleigh was great explained everything and certainly made everything easier to understand. And she certainly made it feel like she had time for us.

Jan 09,2025The identical deal I was quoted through Travelzoo was £300 cheaper than your agent quoted. when I queried this via email, your agent confirmed that they could get close to the travel zoo deal (within £50) and they sent a new quote. When I checked the quote, they had changed the room upgrade to a lesser room - very dishonest. I will not use you again.

Kayleigh messaged me back and found what I wanted which no one else had done previously from other agents around my budget and was so nice and friendly giving me more confidence to travel alone for the first time.
