Oct 30,2019We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Madeira staying at the Quinta da Bela Vista booked through Inspired Luxury Travel. The rooms were lovely, the restaurant excellent and the staff extremely helpful. The hotel is in a lovely location, just on the edge of Funchal. An easy walk into town or you could take the hotel shuttle bus. We booked an excursion to Monte through our tour guide and she also organised car hire for us. All in all, a great experience. I would definitely book with them again.

Oct 30,2019Initial contact with sales team was excellent with prompt follow up and quotation within our budget. Small changes which we asked for later were made without any hassle. The actual holiday which was a family event to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary was generally ok but the hotel kept disrupting the holiday by closing large areas of the hotel for use by a promotional filming team which the hotel gave priority to. The transfer from Faro airport to the resort hotel and return to the airport was a complete shambles so much so we were forced to arrange other private taxis to avoid our group of 12 people missing the flight. The airline company was Jet2. and they were excellent leaving on time and arriving ahead of schedule. The hotel was Vidamar Resort.

Oct 29,2019Asked for room with walk in shower did not get one till I complained. Aske for A aisle seat on plane got on on way out not on way back. No internet in room. Was told had dress code for restaurant there was none so took clothes that were not needed only change bedding once

Oct 02,2019Staff were very helpful and friendly and found the cheapest option for flights. Was a bit disappointed in the room on offer with the deal and had to upgrade to a better one. Staff had no say in this as the hotel give cheapest allocations. Well sited in Jersey and one of better hotels.

How lovely to stay in such a beautiful hotel with historical character, tranquil and very relaxing. Were upgraded to a garden view with balcony. We were very apprehensive haven't not used your company previously. However, would use you in the future. The private transfer made a speedy journey to the hotel with a commentary on rout both ways. Oct 31,2019The administration by Luxury Escapes was efficient. The four star hotel accommodation was not of four star quality, our bedroom was small, no outlook other than straight to another block of the hotel and with little natural light. Disappointing.
