We have just returned from a week in Marrakech booked through this company. The hotel oasis sol was fantastic and we got extras in the package deal including a free walking tour of old Marrakech which would have cost £30 pp. Everything went to plan including the flights and airport transfers. The price of this holiday was excellent value too.

What a great booking experience I have had with Darren. Professional, friendly and thorough with absolutely no feeling of being rushed or pressured. Booked our honeymoon knowing we will have the best time ever. Darren was a diamond!

Abbie gave us excellent Customer Service. She was very knowledgeable, patient, polite, conscientious & listened intently to our specifications & requirements & delivered with an appropriate destination.She has spent a lot of time to find us perfect holidays.Abbie was quick to put me at ease and answer all me questions. Never ever felt rushed and we had such a fun conversation it was like talking to a friend. Would happily use her services again.

From the moment I called (and I was only waiting on hold for about 30 seconds - a rarity indeed!) my experience with this company was exceptional! Olivia was so friendly, knowledgeable and definitely went the extra mile in order to secure me the perfect holiday. This included a call-back the following day - she'd promised to do this, but I must admit that I'd taken that promise with a pinch of salt! But, no, she called promptly the following morning and it was great news - my perfect getaway is all booked! Totally recommend this company and I'll certainly be using Inspired Luxury Escapes again!

Booked a holiday to Marrakech via travelzoo. Fantastic service from beginning to end. Excellent value. Private taxi transfer and hotel was excellent. I would definitely use this company again.

Rang to check a flight option, when making an online booking. Robert was very helpful and unrushed, and we were very happy with the booking options that he presented. We booked through him. We hope that the holiday is as good as the booking process!
