We phoned up and spoke to Wendy, who was so patient and reassuring and answered all of our many questions. Before finalising our booking, Wendy even emailed the hotel of our choice to clarify about our choice of rooms, and then phoned us back as soon as she had the information. They even price-matched when my husband found a slightly better deal online just as we were completing the booking. We had been recommended this company by a friend, and they certainly didn't disappoint at this booking stage, we will post again after the holiday to let you know how it went!

Oct 17,2023Inspired Luxury Breaks is an umbrella company of Broadway travel. We booked online late evening only to realise next morning our chosen dates conflicted with another break so asked to move the dates forward a week. We were told this would incur a charge of £500! and the same charge if we cancelled to re-book for the following week. We then discovered they add on an admin charge for each payment they receive. Our holiday plan was for a 1 week stay at a 5 star luxury hotel in Madeira. They book EasyJet flights which by default only included a small under seat cabin bag and unreasonable for a one week 5 star hotel stay. We had to pay extra for two cabin bags. They arrange transfers and trips through MB travel Madeira. Generally they were good, until our departure when our airport taxi was 20 minutes late because the same taxi was picking up from an incoming flight at Funchal. For important airport transfers we expect a taxi to arrive on time, or 5 minutes before and not suffer stress arriving late. The Terms & Conditions for this company and Broadway Travel are so onerous in respect of changes or cancellations, they should be considered unfair and we shan't use these companies again. You must read them before clicking to pay a deposit and make an online booking!

Spoke with Angela who had a wonderful and professional manner and helped turn my enquiry into a booking, of which I’m delighted about.
