Ryanair verification process was a nightmare If I could have cancelled without charge I would cancel. I have lost any confidence in your company. My luxury relaxing holidays for our 50 wedding turned out to be a nightmare.

May 22,2024Having seen this particular holiday offer which seemed to be great value, I decided to telephone for more information. My husband has mobility problems so the hotel needed to be suitable. The agent was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She spent a considerable amount of time to check my requirements even looking at the hotel website and finding a decent flight time booking our seats and our assistance. Everything I needed, even giving me her direct line in case I wanted to contact her. All in all, the most pleasant experience.
