Sep 12,2024Customers support worse than useless Inspired Luxury Escapes, another name for Broadway Travel. Have just returned after an holiday that was a catalogue of disasters from start to finish. 12 minutes after flight departure this company had sent us a WhatsApp, informing us we were not going to hotel as booked. On arrival to make our way to an alternative terminal (taxi required) where a private transfer would take us to new hotel. Went to advised terminal desk and they had no record of us! Eventually persuaded a shuttle company to transport us to new hotel 100+km away where on arrival we were informed no record of booking. At 4am new hotel offered us a bed for the night and assurance of sorting in the morning. Thankfully did so. A distressing and exhausting start. Contacted the company by email on 5 occasions, WhatsApp on 2 plus phone calls twice, unanswered. Only response being emails totally lacking empathy and all blame on suppliers? Requested clarification of homeward transfer as such a long way and assured all sorted and they would get back with this. Still waiting! On day of departure waited for shuttle and at time allotted called me to say they were waiting at original hotel half an hour away as instructed! Thankfully driver willing to reroute to pick us up. Do not expect to have to send five emails, 2 WhatsApp’s plus 2 unanswered phone calls while on holiday. Taxi fare plus O2 bills not expected! A restful holiday anticipated turned into an exhausting and distressing week. Asked on return that my complaint was escalated to MD and informed”our CEO does not personally oversee individual cases”. Perhaps they should!

Sep 06,2024After liking a post on facebook i was sent a message from Olivia at Inspired Luxury Escapes asking if she could help find our large family holiday for June 2025. I requested some information on the post for a holiday to Turkey and was promptly sent some quotes for different dates and durations from Olivia. She went through the details with me but upon finding the hotel wasnt the one for us she was able to find the holiday that suited all of our requirements including kids clubs and premium all inclusive and get it cheaper than mainstream travel agents. We have booked to go away in June and really glad i liked the post on facebook to be able to get the fantastic customer service from Olivia. She has gone out of her way to contact the hotel for special requests as we have some milestone birthdays and anniversaries next year. Now we can all look forward to June 2025 for our family holiday and thats all thanks to Olivia at Inspired Luxury Escapes.

Aug 31,2024Phoned regarding a holiday I had seen advertised. Spoke to a lovely lady called Lorraine? She couldn't get the price that was advertised as they had all gone but took the time to work through her system to find me another deal that was not too much more money but going at a better time of year. Emails of confirmation came through very quickly and I wouldn't hesitate to book through them again. Although I haven't been on the holiday yet, so things may be different on my return. One thing which was a niggle is we had to pay almost half of the cost as a deposit, or we could pay a regular amount for 10 months and then the balance, before the holiday, for a fee of course!
