Dec 26,2024I have managed to book a last minute break away to sunnier climes with the help and dedication of Abigail who has been absolutely brilliant. Thanks to her patience, diligence and hard work, I was able to secure a luxury holiday which suited all my requirements for a Winter getaway at very short notice indeed. Abigail was unflappable and worked extremely hard to listen to what I wanted - I had many demands and requirements and she met each challenge with patience and good humour. She was working to get this sorted out for me even though she was officially off and went above and beyond the call of duty. She emphasised how great her team were as well which is really lovely to hear. Overall, I would highly recommend this travel firm to really listen to what you want and they will make it happen. They also can advise you on other details such as travel insurance etc. Would definitely recommend
