May 11,2022We booked a holiday to turkey today with Marc who I have to say was extra helpful he sorted out flights for the afternoon , transfers and everything that makes your holiday run smoothly . I would definitely book through Marc again . We will do a review when we return thanks debbie

May 04,2022Booked Holiday to Turkey through Secret Escapes and received a phone call from Marc immediately to advise that the dates had gone because the deal had been so popular. He asked if I would be able to change dates and airports as Luton flights were horrible times and Stansted were during the day and baggage was free in comparison. He checked and came back to within 10 mins to confirm dates and price that was about the same as original but baggage cost of £90 not needed so actually cheaper. He was very efficient and helpful and hopefully the holiday will run as smoothly. I would have rated 5 stars but having to change original booking dropped it by 1.

Apr 07,2022Five days before we were due to fly to Crete in Oct 2021, we were told our flight had been cancelled. We chased the company twice for our tickets before they told us this. We had booked an offer through Secret Escapes. Alternative holidays for the same price were nowhere near the same standard as the one we had booked. We were informed that a refund would take months to process as there was a backlog. Our credit card company refunded us in the end. I would not use this travel company again and would not recommend it.

Mar 09,2022I booked my Corfu holiday way back in August for an April departure from Luton with Easyjet. Recently I discovered that Easyjet had cancelled the outbound flight and I was concerned that I had not been informed of this. I phoned Inspired Luxury Escapes to complain and was referred on to Broadway Travel who, I learned, were the parent company. I checked out Trust Pilot and my concern increased when I read a number of negative reviews of the company. Accordingly I emailed Broadway Travel with my complaint and asked if my flight could be changed to a more expensive one from Ryanair at East Midlands, and I prepared to myself for a long hassle. Instead I had an email with a detailed reply and apology from Jess the next day. Within 24 hours I had the flight changed to Ryanair, at no expense and a complimentary £50 baggage fee paid for. I have been really impressed by the outstanding level of service from Broadway Travel. I would recommend them and not hesitate to use them again. In particular I want to thank Jess for her efficiency and superb service.

Feb 16,2022We had a lovely break to Madeira in February 2022. The Jet2 flights from Bristol were excellent - very pleasant staff and well organised disembarkation from the plane. The Vidamar Resorts Hotel eas excellent - the upgraded room with sea view was spacious and had a good sized balcony, We hired a car at the airport so cannot comment on the free transfers. The Passenger Locator form was a pain to fill in (not ILE's fault) but had to be done to access the return flight booking. Needless to say, no-one was interested in it when we flew back into the UK. Marc W’s easy, professional manner was reassuring and helpful. He briefly returned my phone call when in the middle of something else, just to assure me he had received my message and returned my call as soon as he could. Marc responded promptly to a question via email about the booking. It is rare to get this kind of personal, competent service. Compared to other travel companies, we know we have great value for money for this holiday, which includes return transfers to and from the airport with really good flight times. We are really looking forward to a much needed break away. Thank you for your assistance, Marc.

Feb 06,2022Booked a holiday last September to Santorini. Just happened to look at holiday reviews and the hotel is closed for the winter until after our holiday should end. Therefore I checked the flights and Easy Jet have cancelled flights due to lack of demand. ILE to date have not informed me. Despite numerous phone calls I keep being told to email in, which is not acceptable when. Am stuck for holiday dates. Update received a call back and hopefully transferring holiday to something else. Angela has been very helpful with sorting this and I will upgrade m star rating accordingly to reflect this once it has all been sorted to m satisfaction

Feb 01,2022I cannot fault the service I was provided during the booking process. Lorraine was so helpful and friendly and took all the stress out of booking my holiday. Everything was explained so well in detail and I could tell that Lorraine was so interested in making sure I got a deal that was right for me. Being sent some champagne after booking was such an amazing tough! Couldn't recommend enough and I will be keeping them in front of mind for booking my next holiday!

May 12,2022Not a good experience with this company [part of Broadway Travel]. The deal offered a free upgrade to Bay View, we booked, the deposit was taken and the booking confirmed Bay View at Cook's Club Corfu hotel. More than a day later I got a phone call saying the Bay View was not available, even though I had confirmation. It looks as if the company had not processed the booking when received and consequently I lost the upgrade through no fault of my own. They were not prepared to offer any compensation either. This is the second time this has happened with Broadway Travel, the first was when booking the Marbella Elix in January, but at least we were offered a free massage and wine as compensation on that occasion. Our poor treatment has spoiled the overall experience, especially as we have been booking with Broadway Travel for many years. I'm updating this review to 5 stars, having rec'd a reply from Jacqui at Broadway Travel. She has reinstated the upgrade we should have had and reassured us of her best attention in the future.
