Please don’t book a holiday with this company. We have had a holiday booked for months. We found out by chance the flight has been cancelled..they didn’t bother to tell us..now nobody will speak to us. We email and phone every day. Today I was on the phone for an hour and a half..still no answers but happy to keep our money.

Every time we have tried to make a payment online, the card says invalid(not invalid at all,make daily payments on the card.) So we then have to ring your agent and the signal is bad from their end yet they ask us to move around(our signal is fine,again WFH and no issues with signal ever). It seems impossible to pay invoices and your agents saying 'can you move the signal is bad...' is infuriating! Happened twice now and we haven't even been on the holiday yet. Please sort out the basics of your customer service as it's stressful and unfair on paying customers.More training and better wages could be a suggestion, you might attract the right sort of people you need at the end of the phone when customers are spending thousands on a holiday. Won't be booking through your company ever again.

Been trying to contact this appalling company for days. Numerous different phone numbers that no one EVER answers. Want to get my husband who has Parkinson’s and has had a stroke on passenger assistance at the airport, but can’t get hold of anyone to help. They are absolutely useless. Will never ever use them again.

Janet at Broadway travel went above and beyond to insure the booking process went smoothly. She was very helpful with information regarding COVID testing leaving me with nothing to worry about at all. Thank you.

Please beware! Inspired Luxury Escapes left us STRANDED at the airport after booking our Transfers with a company that never turned up and nobody at the airport had ever heard of! Plenty of platitudes but 2 months later all they have offered us for this monumentally bad start to our holiday is a refund of the price we paid them for the transfers. The worst customer services I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. When we booked the phone was answered in 3 rings but emails are ignored for 10 days!

When we needed to change the dates of our trip to Madeira, Lorraine was incredibly helpful with making all the arrangements and ensuring we got the most convenient flights and even secured an extra night at no additional cost. Very impressive!

Fantastic service throughout the covid situation having to move my holiday and again today as had to change holiday again due to personal reasons and done within minutes . This is my first time using this company but won’t be the last

ILE were generally very good and helpful in moving flights and accommodation for a wedding in Sicily over a 2 year period. We had a slight hiccup due to Covid regulations regarding self-isolation. Eventually [5 days later], Janet sorted everything out. We have used ILE on several occassions and they have always come through.

Inspired Travel/Broadway Travel were good at selling their holiday but not much else. 1. They could not provide the room that was quoted in writing in April. 2. When Jet2 stopped operating in June, we received an email changing our flight time and airline to TUI. There was no query about how inconvenient this might be. 3. When TUI cancelled their Birmingham flight and moved our flight to Manchester, we only learned about this 4 days before travel at the end of June when we tried to book our seat locations. Broadway had missed this vital detail. 4. We had to cancel our airport parking, rebook at Manchester Airport including an overnight stay and drive an additional 100 miles both going and returning. 5. When the airport change occurred, we called to express our concern. We received apologies and were asked then if we wanted to cancel our trip. By this time, we had paid for car hire in Madeira that was more expensive than our additional UK departure costs. As a result, we had to proceed and bear the additional cost. When we were able to speak to Inspired/Broadway, they were very friendly. The problem was that their system was not robust enough to deal with the current difficult travel issues. It is also unhelpful to be dealing with two different administrations about the same holiday. It seemed that Inspired was mainly marketing holidays but Broadway provide the logistics. This seemed to lead to confusion and gaps in their service.

We were devastated that our special Madeira holiday was cancelled in May. My husband has terminal cancer and his birthday is in October. So Natasha has brilliantly rebooked us to go then. Fingers crossed we can travel this time as it's probably our last chance. Thank you so much for your patience , Natasha, in finding a way for us to do this. We can't wait to go now. Louise tried to rebook us for July but there was too much uncertainty. Many thanks to you both.

The company were really helpful ( especially Louise) after my flights were cancelled by Easyjet. Louise communicated well and rebooked flights for me at the same time as I had previously booked them and sent email confirmation at 10.10 pm- true dedication. Would recommend the company .

Although gutted not to be able to go on our planned trip, Louise helped me to transfer the trip to next year. She was very helpful and did everything that she said she was going to do, which is especially reassuring during these difficult times.

Sadly, when our hotel was shut they tried to move us to a new one. What started was a constant stream of errors. At every turn they dodged the issues, lied to us, blamed suppliers and ultimately fell back on their ridiculous cancellation policy. Some of the highlights below. Please avoid. They cannot be trusted. - Sent an email on Saturday saying they were changing the booking and we had an hour to reply. - Couldn't get through to customer services because they had closed for the weekend. - Moved us to another hotel claiming like to like standard. We had booked a 5* all inclusive spa with four pools. They offered a 4* half board resort with no spa and one pool. - Tried to charge us £250 for an upgrade only costing £200 on the hotels own website. - Had to negotiate for all inclusive as they claimed that half board was "like for like". - Said if they provided all inclusive (as we had paid for) then we weren't allowed to complain or ask for compensation. - Lied about another alternative saying it was 5* when the hotel website said they were a 4*. - We accepted another hotel. When called up it was found to be closed. ... the list goes on and on and on.

I booked a flight to Madeira. Durning these uncertain times I checked to see if we could amend the holiday date. Natasha was very helpful and happily explained the current issues and what was needed in order for us to change the holiday dates. Closer to the date we had to delay the holiday a year as the flights had been cancelled, Natasha was quick to answer any questions I had. Once we had agreed the new dates she quickly amended the holiday and re sent the confirmation that evening. Very happy with the level of service I have received, and feel confident that if any issues arise next year, this will be dealt with promptly and efficiently

As with many people our holiday to Madeira has been cancelled twice. The first time we rebooked for this April but when that was cancelled we opted for a refund. I understand they are busy but I have been told that we have to wait for OUR refund until they get THEIR refund from ‘the respective suppliers’. What happened to ‘your money is put into an ‘Independent Trust Account’ ??? What happened to the 14 day law? Have used Inspired Escapes before, but not again.

We were so happy to be finally booking a holiday but as usual in these difficult times all was not straight forward, but Lorraine took a lot of time and effort to find exactly what we wanted and although it involved several phone calls back and forth , she was very patient and came across as a lovely jolly lady and was a joy to talk to , very rare these days . One of the most helpful representative an asset to the company for sure Janet Carpenter
