We booked an amazing holiday to Egypt through Inspired Luxury Escapes. From the begging it was very straightforward. All instructions and paperwork was clear. The hotel was absolutely fabulous and all transfers booked through them were very efficient. Even skipping a long queue to exit the airport as our driver met us inside. I can not fault the service given by this company. Unfortunately our return flight with Easyjet was delayed until next day having to spend another night in Sharm El Sheikh. We were of couse entitled to compensation from Easyjet. I tried numerous times to fill up the claim form online only to be rejected every single time. I was ready to give up all hope until I got in touch with Inspired Luxury Escapes. As soon as I sent the first email I received a phone call from Kirsty putting me at ease. She advised me of how to fill in the forms again. We tried again several times. Once again I was ready to give up but Kirsty got in touch with them by phone.Eventually after a few more emails and phone calls we received our compensation. I am very grateful to Kirsty and Lisa Marie for their efficiency and lovey manners supporting our case. I can not recommend this company enough both for the quality of service and especially the customer support. I will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Kayliegh, Has been absolutely fantastic, she put up with me changing my mind again and again and kept throwing curve balls in of amazing different holidays, if you want to book a holiday speak to Kayliegh she works till late and puts you under no pressure to book,

Re this company & it's latest reply omitting the facts that Monteiro of Quinta da Bela Vista rudely degraded us as guests following our stay in December 23 by sending his nasty reply to ILE/Broadway who then seriously erred by forwarding it to us, & have since neither apologised for this nor has monteiro apologised for which we are still awaiting. Upon checking ILE/Broadway Travel replies to anyone who truthfully give them 1-3 star reviews, it appears they follow similar stock replies & rebuffs without accepting any criticism. If ILE/Broadway Travel wish to state on Trust Pilot (the wrong platform) what the problems were at this poor hotel then we shall add here what has already been said on the Trip Advisor platform! Our complaint is regarding the poor handling by this travel agent such as allowing Monteiro's rude reply & ILE/Broadway not apologising for forwarding it in error to us. Since ILE/Broadway owner & the hotel owner are friends this should not result in degrading guests online which could possibly become public knowledge!!! Both the hotel & agent are not without fault as shown by the mixed reviews! Paul H

The member of the team who took our booking answered the phone in Bright cheerful manner. She handled the booking professionally, answering our queries and phoning us back promptly with answers to additional enquires. She was courteous and made entire booking experience a positive one.

On the first phone call an agent said that the holiday advertised on Travelzoo was unavailable. I called back as I did not believe we understood eachother. Called back and spoke to Alan, who booked us up without any problems. A sale could easily have been lost, due to poor communication. Alan was great and very helpful.

I received an email from inspired luxury escapes advertising the hotel I had been looking to book for a while. Not only was it the best price I had seen for a while it offered a fantastic upgrade to a private pool! Thinking it was too good to be true I rang the company. Not only did I get the exact price advertised I could book with only a £49 deposit and the rest in installments. The agent was more than helpful and very happy to get me a great deal. Will definitely use this company again.

Before travel I phoned Luxury Escapes out of office hours to enquire why I couldn’t download our travel documents. The guy who answered the phone said he could only help me download the boarding cards from the Tui website. We wasted 20 minutes discovering that he couldn’t. He then said “I can download them here and email them to you, but it will cost you. I asked how much and he said “Half a million pounds “. At this point I realised I was dealing with an idiot or a drunk and rang off. After 25 minutes on hold I got through to the regular LE customer services the next day. It took 25 minutes of joint struggle with the poor website to download the hotel voucher, boarding cards etc. Rest of arrangements went well.

Using the phone to book a holiday was very easy made by the help of Nathan in the sales department. On finishing my requirements on the phone I received the confirmation of the booking with full details by email.
