A fine insurance company so long as you never need to make a claim. We had a day's delay due to a Ryanair strike, which insureandgo declined stating that the strike was announced in advance. Of course no strike had been announced in advance on the route we were travelling, or we wouldn't have turned up at the airport along with the other 500 passengers travelling Ryanair on the two departing flights. This company has a policy of denying claims, it would seem.
I have a trip scheduled and insured leaving in 2 days. I need to add a day to my coverage prior to departing. Called on Tuesday 5/30 several times and can not get thru to a human. Recording says closed for the holiday! The holiday was yesterday, Monday, May 29. Go to the website and there's a big notice that insureandgousa is not selling travel policies! ???? I bought and paid for this policy in June 2016 for travel June 2017 and I cant get a response from anyone. God forbid I need to make a claim. If I need to make a claim and cant get a response, I WILL file a lawsuit.

I have insured with them in the past and always been pleased. We had a policy in place for travel plans that changed from the dates to the destination. I know it was a process to do so for them as the first policy was for international travel and needed to be changed to domestic. Not only did the staff work hard on canceling my first policy, reimbursing my fee then getting me a new one. But every one of them I spoke to were very efficient, polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.
I had a serious accident in Europe, broke a couple of bones in my leg. Insure and go took care of all payments to hospital and ambulance and paid for all the costs associated with the accident. I give them my highest recommendation.
In 2015 I was admitted to a hospital in Mexico. Not only did the insurance staff provide great and timely assistance while I was in the hospital, they provided tremendous assistance over a long period of time in aiding me in getting back the deposit I had paid to the hospital. While I do not want to provide full names in a public setting, I would like to thank Sandra S., Diana P., and Sarali A. of Fedassist, the Insureandgo subsidiary that assisted me. They are the reason I am purchasing another Insureandgo policy.
I contacted InsureandGo USA regarding a travel insurance policy I had purchased for two of us traveling together. I realized after speaking with Daniel, in Sales & Service that since my traveling companion and I reside in different U.S. states, we had to have two separate policies instead of one joint policy. Daniel provided excellent service in cancelling the joint policy and re-issuing two separate policies.
Very easy to see coverage and cost of policy on line. Easy to see the complete policy on-line. I called several time to get the answer to a couple of questions. I was left on hold too long. Hung-up and called back later with same results. Finally I got someone who, in response to my 2 questions, quickly read me portions of the policy. I never did get the answers to my questions!!
I only signed up, but that was easy and uncomplicated
After speaking to the insurance's local representative and filing the proper paperwork, the claim has still not been paid and it is 5 months later already.
First time I've ever had to make a travel insurance claim. Fishing vacation to Canada, guide was hospitalized and I had to cut the trip a week short and change flights home--over $800. The check was in my mailbox 10 days later, and the forms and phone interview were quick. I was worried about obtaining the guide's medical records from a foreign country, notes from doctors, etc but they simply called her to confirm. I highly recommend this company. Booking another fishing trip in Canada right now, and will get the same policy from these folks. I was expecting a days-long red tape nightmare, and instead got sympathetic real humans. I think it took me less than an hour to document, interview and submit this claim. Thumbs up!

We recently had to cancel a cruise/tour due to an illness in the family. Insureandgo agent was courteous and helpful and our claim was settled within a few weeks.
I purchased a policy in October of 2015 for a trip in September 2016. My trip was canceled and another trip was given to me for the same price. I emailed Insure and Go twice and received a confirmation message saying someone would contact me. No one contacted me either time. I eventually called and was helped by Jared who helped me change my policy. Jared did a good job, but I am irritated that no one ever contacted me.
Nice spin on it Insure and Go! My review had nothing to do with a claim. It was about our horrible your company is with everything other than selling policies. Insure and Go has the WORST customer service after sales of any company in America. It's all voicemail and NO return calls. I beg everyone to look elsewhere for there travel insurance needs. No company can be worst than Insure and Go!
When I planned a tour to England, I never dreamed that my travel would be affected by a family member's health. When I purchased my travel insurance from InsureandGo, I was primarily interested in the medical coverage. The trip cancellation insurance never entered my mind. However, when it became necessary to cancel my tour 5 days before my departure date, I was grateful for my policy. The InsureandGo claims department provided outstanding service. They answered my emails promptly and assigned me an agent who even called me to make sure I knew what documents to submit with my claim. The claim was processed quickly and I received my refund within a very short time period. I intend to use InsureandGo for all of my future travel needs and recommend them highly. I am one person who, unfortunately, had to submit a claim. I wish I could have gone on the tour; however, InsureandGo make my cancellation much easier, both emotionally and financially. Jane W.
I thought we needed insurance for an upcoming trip and decided upon this one as the appropriate coverage/cost. It was easy to compare coverages and purchase the one we would need.
Be sure to give details for each traveler - it does make a difference. Was happy with the quote and the amount of coverage.
