I highly recommended for any form of pain relief needed, be that physical/spiritual/emotional the ladies and gentlemen at this company will find a way to help. 5 stars isn't enough 🌟

Mar 19,2024After having an absolutely awful experience with Lyphe clinic which lead to a directly complaint with the CQC, Intego approached me on instagram after seeing my disapointing experience and offered me a discounted initial appointment. The social media support team answered a lot of my concerns and queries as after my Lyphe clinic experience I wanted to make sure I didnt have the same experience. I submitted all the requested documentation and evidence required to secure an appointment and they were reviewed by Integro and their team before offering me the appointment. My initial appointment was with nurse James, and he was absolutely a breath of fresh air. He was extremely easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about cannabis and my two conditions (hemilegic migraine and C-PTSD). He guided me through how the clinic works and the prescription process, he explained the suggested cannabis flowers that he thought would be most suitable for me, and also explained how to use a herb vape and also which to choose (I went for the PAX 3 herb vape-its fantastic!). My first prescription was almost £700, however, I got to try a several strains and found three that suited me perfectly, especially the farm gas and french cookies, which james highly recommended for me and it suits me PERFECTLY! I also have the freedom to change flower if i wanted to try a different strain, no hassle. I have now been with Integro clinic for 6 months and I'm ecstatically happy with every aspect of my experience with this clinic and all the lovely staff, nurses and consultants. There is no stigma nore judgement. I'm now in the T21 project which gives reduced cost to prescription and the clinic have arranged this for me with no issues. I order my repeat prescription about every 3-4 weeks and pay about £250 (including repeat-prescription fee). While medical cannabis has changed my life, this is still a large cost each month to manage; however this is not specific to Integro, this is the case with private medical cannabis in the UK. So this is something you will need to think about. Their named pharmacy is IPS, and again, excellent experience, prescriptions are processed very quickly and arrive the next day via royal mail special delivery (before 1pm). I can now manage my conditions on my own terms, have been discharged from the NHS headache service after 10 solid years of follow ups and endless changes in medication. I have gone from 16 migraine days a month to just 2-3, which is has had a huge impact on my quality of life, I cant express in words how amazing this experience has been for me with medical cannabis and the care from EVERYONE at Integro. When I was approved by James, i cried because finally I had been listened to and given the care required to have control over my conditions. If you're thinking of trying medical cannabis, when other medications and treatments have failed for you, then I'd suggest to go for it, and this is the clinic you should choose. Thank you to everyone at Integro, I cant thank you enough.

Mar 18,2024I've been with Integro since 2022, and the difference in the quality of care compared to other clinics is like chalk and cheese. I always feel that I am being listened to and that patient wellbeing takes priority over profit. Dr Sunny Nayee is very informative and a great doctor, and the staff are always professional and friendly and get the job done! I am very grateful that I can get non-irradiated medicines and that prescriptions are always delivered quickly and without any of the trauma I experienced regularly with other clinics. Well done Integro for doing so much to help those who are suffering, and thank you!

Mar 01,2024Dr Angeliki is so helpful and knowledgeable and always gives the clearest guidance with the confusing range of medicinal options and the benefits of different formulary items. The phone team customer service are always helpful, as are the clinical nurse specialists. IPS Pharma are very efficient as the affiliate pharmacy. I have had a great treatment plan put together by Dr Angeliki and am very grateful to her.

Submitted my interest in a consultation, got an emailed later that day for a link for submitting documents such as summery care sheet, id etc, then had a consultation the next day! Very swift. Dr Singh was very helpful and prescribed me a number of strains. Although I have to wait for MDT to give the go head he said it was very likely.

I was with a different medical MC (medical cannabis) clinic and pharmacy for roughly 5 months I wasnt happy, mainly because the service wasn't great, and waiting times were ridiculous. They drove my steess the opposite direction if im honest. Integro very was highly recommended to me by a friend who had been with them for 6-7 months. So i joined early January 2004 (after i got discharged and was awating that letter to pass to the Integro staff), and its the best decision ive ever made. Not only has MC changed my life in multiple ways, but the team at Integro go above and beyond for you, to help you, everytime you contact them. Very friendly staff, very fast to reply (phone calls, emails, sms texts), and very fast dispatch perscription times in the UK (as long as your perscription is in stock). IPS Pharmacy is the one im using with Integro. And every perscription since i joined was delivered to my door inside 24hours guaranteed. The staff at the IPS Pharmacy are very friendly also. Shout out to you guys at IPS in this review for Integro Medical Clinic. 😊 As Integro have everything available, flowers, strains, strengths, vapes, oils, extracts etc, plus the GAP scheme, i recommend to anyone reading this without a doubt, that Integro is the one and only Medical Cannabis Clinic to get in-touch with. Im the sort of person that wants to try everything and anything to see what suits me best. And Integro/IPS have alot to offer! 😃 😍 Recently i started using full spectrum oils ontop of the flower. Its amazing. I thank James for the recommendation of that one. Am very very happy with Integro. I wish i had of joined them 7 months ago instead of another clinic. But anyways, thank you guys!
