I have always found the staff at this clinic very helpful, professional and well informed. From I first contacted the clinic to receiving my first prescription took less than 2 weeks. The clinic nurse’s are always on hand with their friendly help and advice.

Price increase without notice on a price capped scheme designed for low income patients, bad customer service, emails never answered and phone calls ignored.
This Clinic used to have great customer service but has now become a clinic where customer service has completely disappeared and patients are treated appallingly. They never answer the phone and don’t get back to patients. I moved over to this clinic thinking that things will be better than the other clinics that was failing in customer service but since they had a lot of patients moving over to them the customer service and response has seriously declined. It has become a clinic that is all about profit and making money and neglecting patients that are in pain and not getting back to patients with prices and what products are available to them. I had a consultation booked with a doctor and asked for a list of products and prices so I knew what to ask the doctor for. But I never received them and 3 months later I am still waiting. I don’t know why they have not employed enough staff to take calls and get back to patients. I spoke to the manager a few times over the last 3 months because this has been going on since June and was told to give her a few days and she would get back to me. That was on 31st August and I am still waiting to know what products to ask the doctor to put on my prescription. I contacted the manager again on Friday and said I wasn’t happy about the lack of customer service she then started attacking me on the phone call calling me “Difficult” for pointing out the failures of the clinic and nobody getting back to me in all this time. In a matter of a few months this clinic has become a clinic that is failing patients and treating patients like they are nothing. I suffer from chronic pain and to still be waiting 3 months later is absolutely disgusting.
Fantastic specialist customer service and brilliant doctors that really listen and understand the patients needs, medical conditions and respect the individual choice of what cannabis products are required and requested. I am able to try different strains for different symptoms to enable myself more comfortably or for soothing effects. I suffer from physical and mental long term health problems and am much better off by getting my cannabis legally and with a monthly prescription. Great quality, choice and reliability to say the least. The feedback that I give is valued, appreciated and used for a greater knowledge base that will benefit others and cannabis as a medicine in general. After nearly four decades, finally, I am no longer treated like a lazy pothead. Cannabis is the most effective, versatile and most gentle substance for my system and it's also the only medicine that feels safe for daily relief, in comparison to all the others that I tried over the years. I use a combination of strains to help manage and cope with mobility, pain, motivation, sleep, eating and mood. It is more expensive than the black market but well worth it for me as wellbeing for chronic pain and disability is crucial. It's the best thing I have done in years and I wish more people were told about cannabis as a medicine, its a real shame as it could help so many.

Feb 09,2023After doing some research and watching a few videos online I decided I was most in tune with Integro and applied for medical cannabis treatment. The Dr was very helpful and knowledgeable in my preferred area of flower. My consultation was very easy and once the prescription was issued IPS pharmacy contacted me and took payment, gave some advice and sent my prescription next day. Very happy with the service and treatment we have agreed, and there seems to be plenty of room to explore other treatment types in future. Initial impressions are great, and I hope long may it continue. Cannabis has a lot to offer a lot of people, I firmly believe that. Now legalisation is starting to make a difference hopefully more research and development will ensue too. Thank you Integro. I haven’t felt this relaxed in a long, long time.
